Just watched a holiday episode tonight. Young guy was left with 5 and 750k, with an offer of 330ish. I forgot the offer already cuz he was that dumb. The jackass went for it and he walked away with bus fare. One of the dumbest things I’ve ever seen
They just had a replay of this.

I cannot believe the sheer stupidity of this kid. Deserved to walk away with $5

Santoro’s Sub-Villa, a popular sub shop on Route 1 in Saugus, is closing down in February.
The closure will mark the end of a family-owned business that’s been around for 65 years,

I've driven by this place at least 20,000 times. I've never eaten there.

There is a different smell, but I think part of the problem is I don't take the mask out of the machine until I'm ready to go to bed. I'm going to try taking it out when I get home and let it air out. Maybe rinsing the nasal cushion might help too.

I just hated cleaning the hose, that's the main reason I got it.

I just received my SoClean machine. Ook me about 1/2 to set it up and do the wash of everything with their neutralizer stuff.
Tomorrow will be the test run.

Hopefully there isnt an odor.

I have found that after a month now Im getting used to the CPAP. The Bride says she hasnt heard me snore not even once. First time in 20 years.

My events are down to only 2 to 3 now. Pretty good since I stated over 40.

I’ve even had some nights where I go a solid 6 or 7 hours without waking or getting up. I cant even remember how long its been since I’ve done that.

Im pretty impressed so far.

Live PD is absolutely fascinating.

They added Warwick, RI to the line up this season which has made it better imo.

Been meaning to write this for a while.

OK so I have been ruined by craft beers forever! Niagara is a perfect spot to try all the delicious craft/micro brews as we can get the best that both Canada and the US have to offer. Man I am addicted.

It's just crazy how my taste has evolved, where I used to be a Rolling Rock, Keith's, MGD and on special occasions Stella type of guy, now I can't stand those beers. If it isn't an IPA or a Darker Lager, stout etc., I don't want it!

Silversmith in Niagara On the Lake is outstanding, starting with their Dark Lager and also their Rye infused beer which is incredible. Unfortunately I now cringe when I'm at a bar/restaurant and all they have is the usual stuff. Canadian, Coors, Bud, Bud Light...

I guess I now fall into the category of being a beer snob and I am OK with that :)

Wondering who the other beer snobs are around here?

You’d love Portland, tons of local brews. I didn’t like beer much before I started drinking micro brews, they just tasted like flavored water.

The beer in Portland is expensive though so my go to is Baxter, it’s more widely distributed I think. If you get the chance visit some of the breweries in Portland, some give tours and most have taprooms you can drink in. Allagash and Bissel are my favorites.

Thanks for the tip. Never been to Portland, but I try to visit a US city every summer so I'll add it to my list. Yeah, for the most part craft beers are more expensive, but I'm willing to pay the extra for it.

BTW my dad who only drinks red wine (60 years) will ask me for Silversmith black lager when he comes over. If I know he is coming for dinner, I'll try to have a growler on hand. Says it has an coffee/espresso tint to it...

Need to give a shout out to my school teacher friend from Chicago who 26 months ago visited New England and in 3 days stepped foot in RI, MA, NH, ME and CT to bring her lifetime total of states visited to 18. (@Ladyfan and @DKH met her on that trip at the Garden) She then decided she was going to visit all 50 states and on Saturday she finished the bucket list when she landed in Honolulu.

But she also has a bucket list of seeing games in every NHL arena and 2 days earlier she went to a game in UNIONDALE. It was his first time in New York City and she said Manhattan was too loud and was appalled at garbage on the sidewalks. I explained to her that Chicago developed the alley system after seeing the problems in New York. Today she took a nonstop flight from JFK to Honolulu that was 12 hours with no wifi :help:

Congrats Heather

She ranks TD Garden in her Top 10 NHL arenas and Centre Bell in Montreal near the bottom. What surprised her the most about TD Garden was how loud the goal horn was.

It’s a craze right now. Some are ok. Most are horrible and after a couple, I have to go back to normal beer. That’s just me though. They’re expensive too. Most of them get you drunk too quick. I like the lighter ones. Definitely not waiting in line for hours to get them. Too many of them just have flavors that I don’t think should be in beer. That’s just me though. Good time to be a beer drinker. Cheers!

Weird - I've never been to Le Petit Centre de Putine Canadien Odorante, but honestly, it seems like one of the arenas a hockey fan would want to visit. Their fans may be total asshats, but they're definitely into hockey. In fact, any of the Original Six (maybe not Pizza! Pizza! Arena...) seem like they'd be cool. My only beef would be that when I hear them on TV, the organist ALWAYS ends every song with "shave and a haircut two bits".

She thinks the goalhorn at the Garden is loud? Better tell her to skip Columbus, then. I've never found it particularly jarring in Boston....

She was up in the 300 level and the concourse is very narrow. She did enjoy the history of the team and she saw her team win. She said the oddest thing was Blackhawk fans usually travel well but there were very few at the game she went to.

Center Bell organist is predictable
