This daylight savings time is killing my sleeping schedule. Night owl by nature and because of work so my usual 3/4am bedtimes are now 4/5am. Gonna try to fix that tonight. Sometimes I wonder what it’s like to have a normal sleeping schedule. Is it nice? :)

Yes and no.

I have a hard time staying awake past 9 if I’m home, and wake up between 6 and 7 voluntarily on the weekends.

Is it too early for bed?

I really can’t wait to crawl into bed but I need to eat dinner first

By the time school lets out at 3:10, I’m usually exhausted.

Been tutoring a couple of afternoons a week after school.

If I could fall asleep right now, I would.

I don't get you early birds at all. I get up grudgingly at 8 - 8:30 to be in the office by 9:30, then am working til at least 9. I get all my best work done (and HF posting too, apparently) after 5. I sometimes have to remind myself to leave the office at 11 because I'm on a roll.

@Kovi can confirm I will sleep til 11 on weekends if left to my own devices.

I exercise before work between 5 and 615 am depending on what I have going on for morning meetings. I’ve never been a morning person but that changed in the last 5ish Years. I don’t like getting up but I love being up and out early. I “sleep in” on Sundays meaning I go to a 10am yoga class so don’t need to set an alarm.

It doesn't matter what time I go to bed, I will wake up between 1:30-2:30am, then I will toss and turn until I get sick of it between 4-4:30am and I'm up for the day.

I'm so jealous of everyone who can sleep in like that. If I manage to make it close to 6am I am excited and feel like I "slept in" LOL
