Some stay at Bellagio. Some at NYNY. I can imagine almost any major hotel would accommodate.

Actually the Strip might be easier in some ways. Don’t have to worry about traffic. Several major casinos are within close walking distance and there are trams.

I've heard of teams being put up at Waldorf Astoria formerly mandarin oriental to avoid the casino atmosphere, as if they arent a 500m walk from Aria's casino. I've also heard of teams putting up far off-script to avoid the whole clamor altogether.

Most teams provide bus from venue to arena. (Unless they are staying @ NYNY)
