THE RULES

WHO IS A PROSPECT: http://www.hockeysfuture.com/whatmakesaprospect

HOW TO RANK PROSPECTS: Based on their value in a hypothetical trade or waiver draft. This takes into consideration a prospect's ceiling, how close he's to making it, his health, work ethic, the whole deal. Imagine there was a prospect waiver draft and you could keep only one prospect. That guy is our #1 prospect. Then imagine we had one more waiver protection. That guy is our #2 prospect.

Voted for Hughes because he's the only one up there who has proven to be a good AHLer and has done it at a young age.

Add Kristo because he's in the AHL.

Was between Walcott/Fogarty, went with the former though I haven't seen too much of him. Went with him based off what I've read.

Add Bourque. Honestly still feel he can develop into a 4th line energy player.

I used to have hope for Ryan and you really want to root for him because of how hard he works, but he might be a few inches too short, particularly to be a 4th line energy player. P. J. Stock used to play a similar style for the Rangers (but also fought) and was briefly a big-time fan favorite, but kept on getting injured and after a little bit teams also knew what to do with him. He wound up with a very brief career, and was at least a couple inches taller than Bourque.

Add Kristo. nyr is right. Frankly, you should just disregard the fan vote and add him regardless. This poll loses some legitimacy if he's not on it for vote.

Pretty sure I will have a riot on my hands if I start doing that.
