Honestly, not bad.. Lindgren isn't really on top of anyone's asset list on the Boston forums. Should be a low first so I guess good deal. Nash has to have 50% retained though otherwise boston has to make roster moves to make the cap work.

Lindgren has been pretty meh the past two years in the NCAA.

If Boston manages to get rid of a contract, or is only paying half of Nash’s salary, that’s pretty damn good for the Rangers

So BOS got Nash so NSH is actually standing pat. I'm expecting Poile to add Fisher and Tolvanen.
Seemingly he tried to run up the prices.

Lindgren is a very good prospect. Reason fans are meh'ing him is because he quietly does his job. He's smart. Doesn't make many mistakes. He's a excellent defensive defenseman. However, as we know on HF, if you don't put up points you stink. First round pick is a great pickup as well. If they get more than that is a fabulous deal for NY
