He has had a propensity for allowing soft goals, bad angle goals, and wrap around goals. Perhaps that was waning concentration.

His personal problems were not well known at the time.

He was always capable of looking great on a short term basis.

I hope he succeeds on a consistent basis, it would be a great story of human recovery and redemption....

And I'm all for that.
