Austin/HHH wasn’t pointless with two matches before it, this one wouldn’t be either. It’s over a year in the making.

The card would be 3 hours regardless with this talent and I wouldn’t have a problem watching the whole thing ... eventually.

LMS matches are too much waiting around so the ref can do their count.

They're not really pointless, just long and unneeded. You can do the same thing (or something equally as good) in a single match without having to drag it on for a three-in-one. It's like two-out-of-three falls matches, where you have a lot stuff happening where you go 1-1 before the real stuff happens for the final fall.

That's not to say that it can't work, but I'm never going to be excited for it going in. I also hate weapons matches and crap so that doubly puts me out for Three Stages of Hell too.


Last Man Standing is also lame. I like matches where you have to try to win, not ones where you have to wait for your opponent to lose.

Yeah, I'm okay with Gargano/Ciampa 3, I just wanted to wait until WM weekend for it. However, the inclusion of Black as you stated added a fresh dynamic to it, a wildcard so to speak. Now with him out and another match between the two where anything goes, it's pretty much the same main event as the last two Takeover events.... I'm not half as excited as I was before the Black injury.

I have a feeling that was going to be the storyline in the match, Gargano and Ciampa eventually working together like in the DIY days, but somehow that costing Gargano the championship.

Takeover is going to be great but I am not as hyped.

MM vs UE is going to be great but we got this match up a lot in the last few weeks. Essentially twice at Royal Albert Hall and then twice at full sail if you count the 6 man tags. The match is going to be great but its not as fresh and this type of recycling is something you see on RAW/SDL more so than at NXT.

I was into the 3 way, but now that its just a 1 v 1 I am bit less excited. Again we have seen these 2 go at it, and their last match was a masterpiece in athleticism, storytelling and violence (while safe). It feels to soon in Ciampa's reign for going back to this match. I would of rather seen them add a 3rd person to the match.

I think EC3 vs Dream will be the most fun match of the night. It might not be a 5 star affair but both these guys personalities are going to carry it and the crowd is going to be molten for these two.

Cole vs Ricochet will be fun. Match can go either way as both of them can use the title. I figure whatever happens its going to play into War Games.

Shayna vs Kari has a chance to be Shayna's best match. Don't think its time yet for Shayna to give up the belt as I feel she is going to walk into Evloution as champ. Kari could win though and Shayna could move up to main roster as she has done all she can do in NXT.

NXT will deliver but its going to be hard to top the last Takeover.
