I don't really care either way, but it boils down to who is free at what time. I'm not usually doing anything on weeknights and when I'm bored I just pull up the boards whether on my computer or phone or whatever so when these start I usually stumble on them pretty early. I'm on the computer a lot at work, but if I'm busy in the morning and early afternoon I probably wouldn't get in on it very early even though some people could. If you're generally busy at night the current timing wouldn't work that well, and if you're generally busy during the day (which I would think may be more common but I don't know) then your timing wouldn't work well if it started the day of the game.
