We aren't winning anything this year, why not play the kid (good or bad) and see what becomes of him and you'll have an idea whether to plan on keeping him next season or cut him loose. You clear hatred towards him is puzzling, did his Mom break your heart in high school or something.
Personally I've seen growth in his game lately, give him a chance man.

Pretty obvious that Cicigoi isn't ready to play at this level. (6.71 GAA---0.803 save %). Small sample size but.... Time to look for a solid backup who can play 20 games and offer support, guidance and experience to Vrbetic.

Might need to dress both Grima and King this road trip
Not sure picking up Grima was of any value to the Battalion. If he was as good as Stan thinks I’m pretty sure Sarnia would have kept him and played him. He probably attends Stans summer skates. King 40 pts last season and now healthy scratch?! The team is going no where this year just like last season so bite the bullet and play the young guys and let them develop. Although having a hockey knowledgeable coach would certainly help with development.

NB must ice one the youngest teams in the league. There are two 19 yr olds on the roster.

I believe it had to have the proper players playing their proper sides, the quote was something along the lines of, this league is hard enough to break into nevermind having to play on their opposite sides (defeseman).

Dont think Grima was picked up because Stan thought he was "better" than King, he is basically King just playing on the right side allowing everyone else to slot on their proper sides.

If it's true Ottawa's got Tolnai out there for an OA, maybe now's the time to move Struthers.

Wasnt that mentioned in relation to overpaying for Lodnia and then later Akil Thomas for a lessened price?
Struthers for Tolnai is a done deal for me

Just get Tolnai if possible. Then trade OAs to recoup picks. The rumour is the ‘67s have interest in Lodinia.

Arnsby with a few good chances, a couple nice passes, many backchecks leading to turn overs including lifting a Firebirds stick on a sure back door goal. Really nice to see.

Coe is moving good as well and taking the puck to the net with a purpose, wish he would mix things up a bit though cause it seems like he tries the same moves every rush.
