It's a good question TBH, and OP clearly stated to avoid any politics.

I understand, but just because the OP said it shouldn’t get political doesn’t meant it won’t.

Faulk shouldn’t go. He wasn’t part of the team when they won. Edmunson should be invited, but since he’s on a different team, he might not be able to attend. Depends on his team’s schedule.

When a team goes to the White House:

1) do new players on the roster (Faulk) who didnt win the cup, go?

2) Do players on the cup-winner, who left (Edmundson) go?

Just curious.

This is a very well worded question to avoid the inevitable food fight.

I'm thinking the winning team members go.
