This is just an AHL player. Only way he plays in Detroit is if lots of injuries happen.

Most likely gives his opinion on matter but i would imagine it's the pro scouts who find these guys rather than chief amateur scout. No idea whom of the pro scouts works in NHL or AHL, and is there scout following ECHL but Boustedt works in Europe. Amateur scouts are easier to guess where they work, based on where they are from.
