I noticed at some Stockholm games that these traditional WC awards were not presented. I talk about Slovenia and Belarus, didn't watch Norway's last game. All these three teams knew after the game that their tournament was over, which is the point where these awards are given.
In Finland they have given awards to Austrian, German and French players, and probably will do so to Latvians after current game ends.
