Confirmed with Link: Nilsson traded to Blues for a mid round pick

Bob McKenzie is reporting that the Oilers have dealt Nilsson to the Blues for a mid round pick, likely a 4th or 5th. I guess this means we'll see Brossoit up again, he deserves it. Chia's done a good job getting mid round picks for assets not in the plans.

Give LB at least 6 starts down the stretch. I'm still in favour of him spending one more season in the AHL next year and signing a stop gap back-up for one year. If LB is ready to challenge Talbot, then sure, have him on the team.

Actually, the Oilers apparently aren't flying out until the morning. No rush, and those looked like two hard fought, exhausting games.
