RIP Nikolai Volkoff. When I first started watching in the mid-90s I only knew him as the indentured servant of Ted Dibiase. Then I caught up on the history and found his tag matches with the Shiek.

Dave Meltzer is reporting that 3 wrestlers died in the last 24 hours. Brian Christoper, the son of Jerry "the King" Lawler committed suicide today. He was famous for his WWE run in the late 90s and early 2000s, as being in a popular tag-team known as "Too Cool."

Brickhouse Brown, a pro wrestler that achieved fame in the territory system in the 80s passed away from cancer. He was 57. Brown wrestled in numerous promotions, including Texas-based Southwest Championship Wrestling and Memphis-based Championship wrestling Association.
