Is it a gift when we’re 2 points from dead last & trending downward for the last month? I, for one, fully expect us to take over last place in the next week. There's certainly no evidence to the contrary.

Of course, that would be the Canes-iest thing to happen - last season had absolutely no business getting Svech, then this year be far & away the worst team & getting jumped by 3 other teams.

Obviously, if NJ & the Rags end up the ones doing it & they walk away with Hughes/Kaako, I’ll have to start believing in the curse.
