We use NHL performance for re-rates and use a salary cap with grid contracts to re-sign FAs, closed bid system for unsigned FAs. Our rules are stickied to our forum.

We have a strong group of laid back but competitive and active GMs.

We are looking to add a GM with STHS experience who will also be active. We will consider applications for a GM without STHS experience provided they have the time to be active on the forums and Google Talk.

If anyone is looking for a good sim league to be a part of, I highly recommend this league. It is very active and a fun group to be around. Everyone is very kind. Whether you haven't been a part of a sim league or not doesn't matter, there are intelligent GMs that will help you if you ask.
