Try to ask a 2 part question:

Part 1: Even if there is a shortened season, can you not agree that league revenues are likely to fall in 2005/06, without guaranteed TV money and damage to the game as a result of the lockout?


Part 2: If this is true, then according to item 7 on the NHLPA proposal, isn't it true that the upper limit on the proposed cap will actually meet, or exceed, $60M if league revenues get back to the point that they were last season?
