NHL.com should have something like mlb.tv so that for a small price we can watch any game at any time, high quality, over the net. And the condensed games and On Demand games are wicked as well.

Well, if you didnt already know, ".tv" is a common domain name. So NHL probably bought all of the ".net, .org, .biz" extensions so someone didnt start a site bagging the NHL name.

Well then maybe they have plans to do this then.

If you go to mlb.tv it brings you to the mlb.com site but it's online tv section.

I have a feeling that the NHL will be the next to do the online tv thing, followed shortly after by the NBA. I bet the last to do it will be the NFL, if they ever do it, which I doubt.

The Comcast NHL Live thing they did this year was a testing period...

Look for a similar minimal package on nhl.tv next season...

The NFL has its own network and at last check was making money on it; they don't need to go to online games right now if ever.
