Basically shows what most teams have announced in ticket price reductions for the upcoming season. A lot of teams are offering major discounts like:
Carolina: 10-20% discount on season ticket renewals.
Chicago: 10% for season tickets, $8 seats for students.
Rangers: 10% discount on ALL tickets
Senators: 5% on all tickets
Phoenix: renew 2 season tickets and get 2 additional season tickets
San Jose: average 10% on all tickets
Washington: 11% reduction set in 2004, 2005-06 prices undetermined.
Anaheim has the most interesting offer:
$9.50 seats (down from $25)
season tickets average discount over 5%
free parking, food and non-alcoholic beverages for first 3 home games
family of 4 can see a game for $47
I wonder how the players feel about all that and if that's enough to lure back fans...
