I don't know what the equivalent of MS Paint on Macs is, so I can't do it.

But for the Rangers it's pretty simple.

Highlight offensive zone = "No Coaching Allowed"

Highlight neutral zone = "Jam town"

Highlight defensive zone = "Pray Lundqvist makes the save"

Oh, and mark a little square near the boards on each side from the Rangers goal line to the opposition goal line = Blind dumps by Rangers defense AKA "The Icing Highway"
