I've been back in NY since Sunday and I looked for NHL Network on Sunday and it wasn't there, then again today and it says "you can be watching this channel in minutes by upgrading on channel 902."

What package do you have from Optimum?

If it's included in your package, you may need a server side flash, but you will need Cablevision for that.
