In all honesty, I don't see how tomorrow can't turn out really, really good, but since this is the Coyotes, I'm just going to assume that whatever we're going to do is just gonna to end up one big, soul-crushing disaster.

I had a dream that we traded the 3rd overall to San Jose for the 9th, 39th and Chris Tierney. We selected Lawson Crouse at 9th. The TV crew couldn't believe how lucky we were that Crouse fell to us and that we got a great young NHLer in Tierney. I obviously was furious that we traded a top line prospect for two third line prospects.

I'm sick to my stomach overthinking all the ways Maloney and crew will screw this up. :shakehead

I'm getting ready for disappointment.

Heh i just have this sinking feeling ... Both for trading the pick and the new jerseys

That said I cant wait to see what happens

WOW ----Talk about being pessimistic! Come on guys, think positive here. Good things come to those who wait. Well, we have waited 20 years so things are about to turn in our favor.

If we predict every insane trade, DM will only have good ones left to make, right?

I had a dream ... 3OA + Gormley + Samuelsson for RNH + Ference + 2016 2nd. "Established superstar" and "big punishing defenseman" and I just end it all now.

Buffalo News believes Sabres are still trying for O'Reilly despite the 21 already shipped out.

Keep the Reinhart dream alive!

I like but don't love Strome. To me he's not the playmaker that I expect on a top line C. He's a sniper. An elite one at that. Can he improve skating enough to be a PPG C or is he just the next Jordon Staal who never fully reaches potential offensively.

Who are the C options that we could cover at 8.

Zacha is a beast who can skate and is great in all 3 zones. Upside though may only be as a 2nd line C.

Barzal has skill and speed. Issue is size. He's a legitimate 1st line talent with upside. Would look amazing w Domi and Duclair.

Conner is a darkhorse but could be in the conversation at 8. Plays with AZ prospect Letunov. Magic hands and 1st line upside.
