</p> NHL Central Scouting hasn’t been able to nail down a consistent list among European skaters eligible for the 2015 NHL Draft, with wide-ranging fluctuations occurring among these talented prospects. Once ranked as the top European skater during the middle of the season, Oliver Kylington has fallen out of the top five, and right out of the first round according to some draft pundits.
