Gonna be really bummed if we don’t pick top 2. Byram is a nice consolation but still, Kakko/Hughes would be awesome.

I have my #N1CO shirt to change into after work today for good luck hopefully.

No matter what, it'll be exciting to speculate after tonight. We're going to get a solid player no matter what.

My players I most prefer based on my very limited knowledge of most of them: Hughes/Kakko, Byram, Cozens, Turcotte, Podkolzin, Dach

We'll win the lottery...and then Hughes will leave to play with his brother in Vancouver.:sarcasm:

Okay, that was my last negative thought about this today. Nothing but positive thoughts from now on. We have Taylor Hall, therefore we got this.

I almost prefer Kakko just because of his name. But I would love to have a bullish winger to complement Hall on that top line.

Hall-Nico-Kakko just sounds so fun to me.

IF the Avs won the pick and went really deep into playoffs this year, would it be that farfetched for them to trade the 1OA for an elite goaltender, e.g. lundqvist? or would they just run with grubauer

if they trade the #1 pick for a goalie they'd be the dumbest team ever, if they trade it for a 37 year old goalie with a cap hit of 8.5 million I don't think there would be words to describe how bad it would be
LOL wait i'm stupid. you right.

but the Avs are already pretty solid. that 1OA could get them pretty f***in far IF moved

if they have the #1 pick then they get Hughes as their 2C which would be a big upgrade for them and also 3 years of him on an ELC. I would be really surprised if anyone moves a top 2 pick if they are fortunate enough to get it.

Let the Taylor Hall lottery godliness come through
