Quenneville was on a radio segment yesterday in Canada, cant remember who it was. Towards the end of the segment, they ran the lottery simulator, and it landed on the Panthers. Just saying. If there are odds to who wins, maybe Ill play 20 bucks on the Cats lol.

Some heavyweights in this game! Sabres and oilers both can’t be underestimated.

Sabres Vs. Oilers is like the tank version Capitals Vs. Penguins.

The Sabres were always heavily favored, with dominant regular season records and the highest odds, but they always fell short to the Oilers, who always came up biggest when it mattered.

Last year, everybody had pretty much written the Sabres off; they were seen as draft lottery chokers due to their previous failures. But they surprised everybody, beat Edmonton, and won it all!

Now, the Sabres are hoping to start their draft lottery dynasty with a back-to-back win, while the Oilers are hoping to re-take the throne they had grown so accustomed to sitting in.

While a lotto pick would be nice, the more likely and still ideal situation, would be Detroit ending up remaining at #4.

Give Holland his pick of Dach/Cozens/Byram.

To be honest my worst case scenario for Kakko is going to Pacific.

Let's go with Detroit - Chicago - NYR for the top 3
Keep it original six for fun!
(Would have put Montreal in but they had their high pick last year!)

Hughes - Detroit
Kakko- Chicago
Cozens- NYR

Just did the simulator once and got:

1. Sabres
2. Rangers
3. Oilers

I could be wrong but I feel like the Sabres need help on the wing more and the Rangers could really use Hughes. Would the Sabres just take Kakko in this situation or try to move down to 2?

Give Holland his pick of Dach/Cozens/Byram.

We only have a 2.8% chance at picking 4th.

1st- 9.5%
2nd- 9.6%
3rd- 9.7%
4th- 2.8%
5th-26.1%
6th- 34%
7th- 8.3%

Be prepared for 5th or 6th. We aren't winning this thing, we have never had luck in these dumb lotteries.
