What's the injury and how likely is he to recover? Seems a little early to pick a player like this, but sounds like he could have been a 1st rounder if he had played this season.

Edited to add: he had a knee injury. Hope the scouts did their research.

Some said knee injury, NHL Network guy said he heard a non-malignant tumor. "Lower body-injury" probably covers it.

I've posted on the other draft thread about Jonathan (it's pronounced u-NA-tohn) Davidsson. He's an overager and older brother of 2nd round pick Marcus who's the better prospects.

Jonathan hasn't impressed me at the SHL level, but he has put up points in SuperElit. He gets limited ice time in the SHL.
