Yeah, IMO it's hard to put the Capitals and Penguins in the top 10 now.

The caps weren’t really overrated before - they were dominant and underperformed in the playoffs

Capitals have won more than 1 playoff series once in a post season since 1997. They're pretty much the Leafs goal right now

They're very young, they were the best team in the Western Conference in the regular season, and it took major injuries for them to lose in OT of game 7 against the Conference Champions.

Do you think the Leafs should be ahead of them or something?

i don't think 6th best is really overrating them that much

You can make that argument for Saad but Toews is at worst a #4.

blues and vancouver are too high. Blues lost their best defencemen and captain which will hurt. and the canucks lost their mvp goalie.

Mostly reasonable I'd say. Bruins seem low but they haven't done anything this offseason really. Canucks too high, Leafs too low. Despite their run I'm not a big believer in the Stars roster as a bonafide contender either.

Are there a lot of 3rd line forwards who score at a 29 goal pace? Or regularly score 50ish points?

Saad is a pretty good bet to pot 20g and 50pts in any given season, has been his whole career and that didn't change last year. 20g and 50pts is a 2nd liner, not a 3rd liner.
