Not totally sold on Carlo. Would definitely consider him part of deal for legit 2nd line winger.
This is starting to feel like the night Chia made me wait all night to trade two seconds to get Connoly.
12 noon Eastern.so what time does free agency begin?
Awful take, but it's not surprisingNot totally sold on Carlo. Would definitely consider him part of deal for legit 2nd line winger.

I'm really hoping for Ferland.
He can play left or right wing, he can pass, steals pucks, wins battles, great net front presence... Was only 26 last year, put up back to back 40 point seasons despite an unusually low shooting pct. He has really strong possession metrics. Kills penalties, plays on the power play, has good speed, throws game changing hits and he'd feed a guy like Perron his lunch for getting in Rask's face.

Someone will overpay and hopefully not us. I don't want another Beleskey.
I'd happily do that Ferland dealFWIW, here are some of the Evolving Wild site's contract projections:

Because Krejci is a better player and cheaper, pretty simple.TSN reports that Duchene likely to sign with Preds for $8m per year, can't see why the Bruins would not sign him for that and then trade Krejci for picks or to fill another hole.
Because they are different people/players.Sell me please (I want to buy in) as to why he isn't Beleskey 2.o. Everything I am hearing is exactly what Bruins fans were sold on Beleskey so I am dreading the signing.
Yup. Chia always tried to at least give Krejci legitime NHL wingers. Crazy theology, I know. And I'd rather give Mojo that projected contract than Ferland.
Ferland would be such a Chiarelli move to make.
