100% positive the Habs will be battling it out for a Wildcard spot w Dach, Celebrini + off season addition

i can see us battling for a wild spot like the Flyers and still end up drafting #12 (like the Flyers this year). Adding Celebrini does not automatically make us a playoff team. His father also talked about the slim possibility of him returning for one more year at BU. Very low possibility of him coming to the NHL in 2025.

The contract of Armia and Dvorak would also end in 2025. We will have lot of money to sign UFA in the summers of 2025,

I can see next year as being our last semi tank year. Not bad enough for a bottom 5 pick and not good enough for a playoff spot. Kinda like the Flyers or Buffalo.

Habs dont drop to 7
Hawks dont get one of the two lottery wins
Sens dont get one of the two lottery wins
Sharks are probably the most needy team so if one team deserves a Celebrini for their future, its them

Far more likely they were testing the equipment.
