Jackson just got him a contract extension and is young with plenty of development potentially left

And Ravens as a team don't appear at all to be trending downward as a whole. They have some good talent in place

Because Urban left, probably. I honestly think that's the only reason. But if he can't beat an Urbanless Ohio State team then he will probably quit there.

On second thought I think this could end up as a sign and trade. I've heard chatter by the talking sports show heads the last week and a half about there maybe being a coach trade. This seems like the only one that would be logical if it were to happen.

Is this guy any good? I don't follow NCAA nearly as much as the NFL so I don't know much about him. He's getting hype from some people and I see others dumbfounded by the idea of him getting HC consideration.

Smart offensive mind but a terrible head coach. He had a shot at Texas Tech.

I'd be weary that a physical is needed to be the coach. I can get coaching if its a win now job, he probably won't be there 5 years but they aren't in a win now mode.

Kingsbury had a mediocre record at TT and has NO NFL EXPERIENCE

The fascination with him is because they think he can be another McVay. McVay had NFL experience with the Redskins. KK has NONE.

This will be nothing but failure. They are just trying to capitalize on his youth betting he's another McVay.
