Ulfie is probably lucky not to get the Pittsburgh job. Organization sounds like it's a mess: Rutherford is pretty much only there to help someone else grow into the job and the disappointing play in the playoffs over the last several years, means a ton of pressure on the new coach.

Thanks for the input fellas. It definitely doesn't seem like that Ulf is leaving unless there's something we all don't know.
