That’s a lot of work to do to compile a reasonably priced top 6D ..... but apparently there is no shortage of deals they won’t pursue. Should be interesting.

They will just let Edmundson and TVR walk; I still think Gardiner is moved this summer.

It all hinges on what decisions are made with Dougie and Vatanen.

And remember, everyone's expecting a big bump in the cap for the 22-23 season with a new TV contract. That'll affect the calculus on Dougie.

Fleury will get around 2 million for 2 years to carry him to UFA or he goes to Arb and becomes a UFA before the expansion draft.

Re: the goalies: RBA says "long term" equates to a week for him or missing 4-5 games especially with only 20ish left. That's a little encouraging. Pesce = long, long term. Pesce mulling over whether or not to have surgery.

Says the new additions are being embraced by the locker room and the moves are seen as a good thing.

I missed a few days so not sure if the STM ticket price increase was discussed, but here’s the deal:

- If your package is like mine, face value of the ticket will not increase.

- Nevertheless, the price you pay for them will increase by around 7%. This is because NC sales tax is no longer included in the face value. For example, a tax-inclusive $3000 package is now [$3000 + 7.25% = $3218].

- In addition, the number of regular season games covered drops from 42 to 41. This is because you will need to purchase Stadium Series tickets separately.

Effectively, actual prices are going up nearly 10% across the board while face values may stay the same or make minor increases. This is going to be important to remember on the re-sale market, where STMs are effectively taking a 10% hit.

A price increase was inevitable under the current market-demand. Just be very careful not to get sucked in to the mirage of “no increase”, particularly if you’re dependent on resales to cover costs, because the franchise is playing a bit of a shell game with the STM base by not announcing these changes clearly.

Posted this over on BoH but here's what it looks like. Interestingly, from last season, the non-inclusion of tax makes it look like the prices of full season tickets dropped while the prices for 22 and 11 game plans have stayed constant. Also, the Pure Hockey Pricing plan continues for this season although they removed one section from it (Lower Level South) and replaced it with Club Select.

Accounting for tax and parking, my seats in the Shoot Twice Goal Zone went up $128.89 from last season. That includes a $98.16 increase in the cost of our tickets and a $30.00 increase in parking.
