I would be completely floored if it was anyone but the Penguins or Caps.
I would have said maybe Preds but that basically fell by the wayside after their past two seasons.I would be completely floored if it was anyone but the Penguins or Caps.
I don't give a shit who it is or what jerseys we wear. I want the game, and I want the game to sell out. That's it.

Probably means nothing, but there's mention of Bean currently training with Matthews, McDavid and other players in Arizona in the below article:
Auston Matthews, Connor McDavid sharing ice to prepare for 2020-21 season
Interesting that he's training in Arizona versus coming in early to the Canes' brand new practice facility with other current Canes.

I mean, with all due respect to the new facility, ice is ice.
Would you want to train with Connor McDavid and Auston Matthews, or Ryan Dzingel and Vincent Trocheck?
And there's the Boychuk.I see the point, but I also think it’s a pivotal year for Bean if he wants to make the Canes. And to that point, I’d think he would be one of the first and seemlingly hungriest guys to come to Raleigh early. Personally, I don’t see him ever playing for the Canes, so to me, it makes sense for him to be training elsewhere.
By god that’s Grittys music!Pucky in a thong. f*** it. Let's go.
The whale tailPucky in a thong. f*** it. Let's go.
Is he the guy that became the canes equipment manager?Pucky wasn’t even the mascot. The physical manifestation of pucky outside of a shoulder patch or in print didn’t happen until 2010 for the Connecticut Whale AHL team.
The only mascot the Whalers ever had was Wally the Whaler who did not go over well to say the least.
The whale stamp....The whale tail

Which kid? That kid doesn’t have a lot of reasons to feel obligated to us.
Two games.
Bean. I was responding to others talking about him, and how he’s practicing with guys not on the canes.Which kid?
Or maybe they are pissed off in the State of Hockey that some New England team that were the Whalers get all the glory as the lost NHL team.Target is based in Minneapolis. Maybe someone somewhere in the company has a soft spot for his childhood team, saw the Whalers gear, and said, "f*** it, why not order some for the North Stars too?"
