Why not to sign entry level contract with European players conformable with new rules of CBA and keep them in Europe in their home teams until they are ready or willing to come over.
I think It would cost NHL teams only signing bonus which won´t be much in case of later round picks who I have in mind primarily. Are there any applications to prevent from it in CBA?
