they already changed the graphics for SB52

Actually, I guess this was done to mimic Sky Sports, so maybe this will be for the PL only.

It seems like every year I see new graphics on RSNs and national games (hockey).

Part of it can be attributed to the growth of HD and more pixels (so they can have bigger/more complex graphics and they don't look like blobs).

NBC was the last bastion of gradients I think. Now everyone is drab and minimalist.

I look forward to when the RSNs have new graphics. I've been slightly disappointed in the current iteration for NBC. For one, I love when Fox Sports has the Shots on goal counter and I really miss that on the NBC Graphics. That was a great idea that all the RSNs should adapt somehow.

The scorebug graphic is a cross between the NBC graphics package and the sky ones. Mainly because NBC still needs to use it for in game ads ect. The rest of the premier league graphics follows Sky’s graphics package for the most part.

Debuted a much sleeker bottom line on NHL Live. We'll see if the scoreboard matches the PL one soon.

They have changed their scroll graphic at the bottom to match the graphics they use for Sunday Night Football.

The title card in and out of commercial graphics and some of the player graphics are in that same SNF style, but the bug graphics are still in the older format. It’s a Frankenstein and doesn’t work IMO. I’m surprised they didn’t do a full graphics overall when they introduced the new NFL graphics for the Super Bowl a few years ago.

i think they should include a shot counter. All the other networks have, including TSN this year.
