i got a bunch of them along time ago from a company called mach 1 which i met the owner of and had him send me a bunch of stuff. I'm running out of them and since i live in New Jersey and have no good sports stores that sell hockey stuff around me beside the pro shops that are so over priced i will buy them online when i need them, but the ones i have last a long time. I think its like 5 bucks or something like that.

edit links to 2 of them :

I guess do dry land agility drills a few times a week until the season starts.

Slap shots are worthless in ball hockey.
Snap and wrist shots are best, mainly wrist shots.

How much would you say you sacrifice in shot power/accuracy?

Truthfully, not much, at all, if done right, your momentum will keep the shot power at a high level, if not faster. In regards to accuracy, it IS very tough to do this accurately at first, but once you train yourself to follow through correctly, there is no drop off.
