Need help re: photoshop

I have no photoshop skills whatsoever and I would really appreciate some help... I'm in a fantasy league and have had Backstrom for the past 10 years on my team (I'm GM for Quebec Nordiques). His contract is finishing at the end of the season and since he has been on my team since the beginning and my best, most consistent player (and finished first on two occasions in part because of his stats), I wanted to 'retire' his jersey after this season.

Can a kind HF member change the 'Sakic' nameplate for 'Backstrom' on the image in the link below?
