Need help on trade proposal

I have been offered Rick Nash, Brian Elliot and a 2nd rounder for Ben Bishop and Nikolai Kulemin. I have Price, Lehtonen and Miller as my other goalies. This is a keeper league, where we keep all players except 1 free agent per year. Just need some advise on if Ben Bishop is a for real keeper or not.

I think hes for real but that doesn't mean this is a bad deal...I wouldn't accept it though Rick Nash is on the decline
