So after years of trading away draft picks, the Texans are still making moves to go down in the draft?
He was due $7 and $6.3 mill in cash these next 2 seasons. Is that about the right price for him on the open market? NE is eating $2 mill in dead cap with this move but saves $7 mill in cap space. A drop of 12 picks in 3 rounds.
