Some notes:

1) I won't be able to update the aforementioned list [Weekend of 10/16] for Saturday and Sunday until Monday, because I'll be out of town

2) My friend over at the BU fan site sent me back a reply stating that he didn't the particulars on the McConnell & Redlihs "benching". He thinks it could be related to academics, but not sure.

3) The 10/16, list does NOT include the following games:

Maine vs. USNTDP (because it's an exhibition game NOT a regular season game that counts in the standings)

Air Force vs. Alaska-Anchorage - Box Scores are not yet available, will update on Monday.

4) I saw the Boston College/North Dakota and Wisconsin/St. Cloud State games earlier this evening and will have my "observations" posted over on the NCAA board in a little while.

Has Noah Welch been injured not to get any points?
Welsh plays for Harvard, an Ivy school. They all start 3-4 weeks after everyone else - ie about the 1st of November.

Welsh should have a great year leading a tough Harvard team.

if bochenski keeps putting up those kinds of numbers he may earn his money instead of trying to print it himself.

is he playing with parise still?

He was last time I saw him (which was this past Friday). He (Bochenski) played on a line with Zach Parise along with LA Kings prospect Brady Murray (yes, he is head coach Andy Murray's son). A kid who's got some talent, I might add.

Is there any news on Ben Eaves' injury?
Injuries have been a concern throughout Ben Eaves’ college career, it seems, and another one left a sour taste in the wake of Boston College’s exciting two-game trip to North Dakota. Eaves will miss this Friday’s game against Notre Dame after suffering a head injury early in the second game against the Fighting Sioux.

really? do u think brady has a shot at the nhl? IMO, he's too small to make it, but it seems like he could be a pretty good minor leaguer.

How about Nickerson? This kid is a 6-5, 250 pound defenceman who was considered the toughest kid in the draft last year. Just 18, one of the youngest players in the NCAA, it looks like he can do it all.

I hear the Flames' 5th rounder Greg Moore is tearing it up! What are his numbers at?

Also, any word on the "violation of rules" that McConnell and that other guy were involved in?

Moore has 5 Goals and 2 assists thus far. Never heard back on the what the violation was on McConnell. My guess is that it had something to do with the academic side, but not sure on that one.

Vlad & Liam: You're welcome. All I have to say is....thank god for Spreadsheets!

Wow thanks again.
Got any info on Matt Moulson (Cornell)? 5 points is pretty good.
Any opinion on his upside?

Go Parise! :yo:

I had heard he had sustained a small injury and was afraid he might be slowing down because of that.

Forget that thought! :p

Who was that hat trick against? Easy or tough opponent? I don't know the teams very well. Wish I could see some NCAA action more often. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help!
