So now, Clement garanteed there'd be Detroit on Saturday/Sunday next week.

You think they'll change their tune if they draw Edmonton?

I wouldn't be so sure. I think NBC broadcasts in Canada. I'm not sure what the rights are with that and CBC though.

NBC also doesn't hate Canada like ABC did.

It's simply boring.

Oh bitter, bitter Nucks fan. Look on the bright side. Before you know it, it will be draft time, and you'll have a lottery pick.

I know, Devils playoff hockey is sooooo... boring. Rather watch Golf? The Sedin sisters will probably play a few charity classics, right?

This is the new, likely schedule from various news sources.

4/22 3 PM ET: Edmonton vs. Detroit
4/23 1 PM ET: Colorado/Anaheim vs. Dallas or Philadelphia vs. NY Rangers

Subject to change. Probably will, because of the Atlantic. But EDM vs. DET Saturday at 3 IS DEFINITE. Dallas is almost garanteed the Sunday 1 PM game as well.

It'll depend on what games are available.

I'm pretty sure they can do 4 games. If they still have Kenny Albert on payroll from Torino.

Weekend ratings for sports are probably best in the afternoon. Otherwise you'd see more Saturday/Sunday evening football basketball games etc.

I'm now hearing that the Devils and Rangers may open Saturday as well.

So then it would be:

Saturday, 3:00 PM
Rangers-Devils
Oilers-Red Wings

Sunday, 1:00 PM
Avalanche-Stars
Flyers-Sabres

Sorry, this is very hectic, so it might be possible that Philly-Buffalo won't be broadcast AT ALL on NBC this weekend.

In fact, Sunday at 1:00 PM may be shared between DET-EDM and SJ-NSH

Saturday at 3:00 PM will likely be NJ-NYR and DAL-COL
