NBA has set the precident. I expect the other leagues to follow. Heck, play the NCAA Tournament in July or something. It doesn't need to be played now. Opening Day can start later too. Most years there are always Opening Day's that are postponed because of rain. They might think about having a truncated season.

It is likely a play-it-by-ear situation.
The season is only suspended.
If things get better in a month or two...
The NBA could play an abbreviated season...
Or start the playoffs immediately...
Or it could just cancel the season because there is not enough time.

It really depends.
Nobody knows at the moment.
