The Warriors basically spent way over the cap with exceptions. That shouldn't be allowed.

Hard cap it all and maybe talent will stop f***ing colluding to play together.

But that has what has made NBA so popular. While at the cost of parity those super teams draw a lot of media and fan attention.

I actually don't watch the NBA much anymore due to these so called super teams. The players talk a lot about owners colluding but this is really no different when they talk on vacation a year or so before hitting free agency about how they can both or all 3 go to same team and how salary would work among them.

The 5 month lockout in 2011 shortened the 2011-12 season to 66 games.

The nba needs to figure out how to get players to play in the games and limit all of these load management issues.

Any other massive issues that they need to deal with?

Their max term contracts of like 4/5 years works for both sides since the amounts are massive, nearly $50 mill per.

A few more details. $500k per player for mid season tournament. More stuff added to BRI pie. And a little smoothing cap increases, not more than 10% increase from previous season.
