Remember when Dorion said he was just about done acquiring draft picks?

Lol.

This was 100% about saving Eugene some money if all they got back was a 4th.

Pretty useful player. Considering it’s a 2021 pick I’m surprised he didn’t get more.

The Dorion tax.

Let's all take a minute to remember those valiant souls who get mad at people in every thread when a pick is moved for almost nothing and defend it to any end who all told us we'd easily recoup the picks burned away on replacement level players.

F
They literally recouped it here?

The way to look at Pierre's trades is to assume he will get absolutely fleeced, so when he only gets fleeced, the future looks less gloomy than absolutely doomed with him at the helm, just gloomy with that fool holding the reins as we go over the cliff.

One is from a last place team one is from a contender.
It’s 2021 so you who knows. Col might pull a 2018 Sens or 2020 SJ. Either way at least we didn’t move down a round. I’m not blown away by any means but at least the people who complained about trading a pick for Names can shut up now since it’s a wash.

Pretty sure we didn't get a depth dman back as well, and the pick will be lower than ours, so its not really a wash.
