Could be had at Number #5 in the 2021 NHL Entry draft.

Tyler Seguin has taken quite a few steps in this regard over the past few seasons

Hintz is headed this way as well. Neither will ever win a Selke but still solid

Elias Lindholm was the Flames’ MVP this season and is a great 2-way player. He took on the defensive role while playing beside Monahan and Gaudreau, and now that he’s basically a full-time center he’s been fantastic.

Mikael Backlund is still probably their best defensive forward though. He has been for years and years now.
