From the looks of it, this team may have trouble scoring goals.

Lehtinen, Selanne, Koivu and Kapanen- if nothing else the four veteran top players and none had more than 16 goals this year.

Only Ruutu (23 goals) and Jokinen (26 goals) had more, which doesn't look good.

  6. Well, yes I think they may have trouble scoring goals.

But I don't know of any Finnish players who I left off who might actually provide more offense.

Most of these guys were Finland's top players from the 2002 Olympics.

Not by far IMO...you can make a case for Kiprusoff as well.

    This is a joke, right?

  9. What is wrong with these players.

I see now that they didn't make the real team.

But they made the 2002 Olympic team, and seem to have put up good statistics in the Finnish league the past 2 years.

What is wrong with Aalton, Lind, and Ylonen?

Actually, I expect the Ruutu bros. to be the most noticeable players for Finland. 1 Banger & 1 Banger w/skill.

I'd take out Berg and put it Karlahti(sp?) if they allowed him to play. If not, keep it as it is.
