I would like to take this opportunity to shamelessly plug my local band!

We are The Unfortunates and we are all HUGE Oilers fans.
We will also be playing the Coors fan fest before the Esks game on August 28th!

:handclap:

Great tune and video. Had me laughing (especially the drummer on the toilet.)

Typical drummer. :D

Just watching the second one. The production of the video and song is great.

Good stuff Timo. Are you the guitarist or the guitarist/vocalist?

No problems. Any time.

Here's one that was posted on one of the channels I subscribe to...this isn't a "typical" music post by myself...but I love this girls voice...her band is pretty righteous as well:

Here's one of her own tunes:

Anyone heard of her?

yes, been following her since her american idol audition. truly a extremely talented musician, and she is so fine. Way too hot and talented to be 1 person lol

nothing wrong with the music McDouse, we all have our unique and different flavors.

I came across Doc Holliday for the first time this past week, I love the vibes from it

Oh. Sorry...I thought you were a guitarist (well you ARE), not a bassist.

Sounds like you guys have upped your game between the first and second videos.

Keep rolling. You have a really good sound.

@ Oilersfan11...that's some pretty tasty stuff there.

Thanks for posting that brilliant Chet Atkins tune Booya.

Chet is great...on my top 3 list of greatest guitar players of all time.

I know you play the guitar, and I`m guessing you are in my age range, so you probably watched this before, but here another 2 amazing guitar players playing a great tune.

Throwing another Stan Rogers tune out here, I just heard it 2 days ago and its a great but eerie song. It was the last recording of Stan, as he passed away 5 days later. Think about that while listening to the lyrics, especially the opening 2 lines, they get me everytime

Here's some Indie Rock music I've been listening to the last few months...

Tame Impala - Eventually

Foreign National - Always Blue

Joywave - Destruction

Joywave - Somebody New

Little Brother Eli - Dreams

I hope this one works.
First time I saw them playing this was on an old PBS special when I was 13 or 14?..somewhere around there and I would record whatever had any sort of guitar playing, or players...I was obsessed as I was just starting to learn.
I had known who Rik Emmett was as I was a little metal head, but never heard of Steve Morse..wow, was I in for a treat. The guy can play so precise and clean,,,his picking on arpeggio runs are so concise.
