The one playoff series I'll always remember was round 1 in 1997, Penguins and Flyers. It was not a very specatular series, but I'll never forget all the alcohol I drank while watching that one... I was almost hospitalized, to be honest.

93 los angeles kings vs. toronto maple leafs.

i was only 8 at the time, and for all the controversy that surrounded this series and specifically a few certain games, it was some of the best displays of hockey ive ever witnessed. and this is coming from a habs fan.

2003 Stanley Cup final was memorable for the fact that it was so boring I couldn't watch it. :(

For me...

Vancouver-Chicago in '82 Towel Power
Edmonton-Calgary in '91 Best of the many Game 7's this rivalry produced
Vancouver-Calgary in '94 The Amazing Comeback
Detroit-Vancouver in '02 Yzerman does it again and again - on one leg !

1981 Edmonton Oilers Center Wayne Gretzky fails to get "put in the back pocket" of future Viagara Pitchman Guy Lafleur as per the prediction of Richard "Monsieur Goalie" Sevigny

1981 Oilers vs Islanders- a true battle won by the better club

1991 Oilers vs Flames

Have to agree with the 1981 Oil triumph over Montreal and the 1991 Oil triumph over the Flames.

Another memorable one was 1982 Oilers/Kings. :(

1994 ECF - NYR vs NJD - Devils fan living in a sea of red, white, and blue. I still hate Stephan Matteau with every cell of my living body.
1994 SCF - Van vs NYR - Amazing series. Bure was/is my all-time favorite player
1995 SCF - NJD vs DET - Devils first cup.
2003 SCD - NJD vs ANH - was at 3/7 games. Seeing your team win the Cup is something you don't forget.

1971 and I was a blackhawk fan. Still remember Dryden stoning Bobby Hull and still have nightmares of Tony Esposito dropping his shoulder on Lemaire's shot from center ice.
