Probably Pacific. The big stuff with Tavares is kind of offset by losing Karlsson imo.

Pacific or Central.
Voted Central but if Edmonton has a rebound season (I know that's not an off season improvement per se) it would put them ahead.

San Jose, Calgary, LA, Vegas have all made significant upgrades on paper. Arizona looks better as well and that young core will continue to improve. McDavid and company should be better than last year.

Yeah, the Pacific. It stands to reason too, because they were seen by a lot of people to be the weakest division. It seems this would kind of be the predictable activities.

The Pacific for me. Vegas got Patches, San Jose got Karlsson, LA got Kovy, Calgary got Neal, Edmonton got a rock er Reider and Brodziak.
Pacific : LA , SJ , LV, Calgary all improved their rosters , Ana just being healthier and with Arizona and Edmonton being more experienced it's
a no brainer ( Sorry Vancouver you got a few rough years upcoming ).

Metro and Central were already good so it's tough for them to improve.
The Pacific just went from kinda weak to pretty good, so it's them. San Jose is legit, Vegas looks like they'll be good again, Calgary and LA should be better, and teams like Edmonton and Arizona really have nowhere to go but up. Anaheim is still competitive. So yeah it'll be interesting.
Atlamtic is the weakest by far as they just have 4 really bad teams.
