What do you guys think about Moravcik?
    Possible 7th man?

One of the player that I really enjoy watching tonight is Lehkonen. He had a so-so pre-season so far but tonight he really played well. Been generating lot of scoring chances, on top of his 2 goals, and he played really well on PK.

The Habs may have won the game, but we are the real winners for not having to listen to TSN talk about the Leafs PP.

Ouellet took another step towards making the team. Bobby took one towards 9 games.

I think if we give him some time he could definately end up being a 5th or 6th def with great PK skills due to his size and he's not afraid of using it around the net. And he can do nice first pass, as opposed to Alzner & Benn.

Both he and Valiev are better than Benn. M may get the nod as he patrols that right side pretty good.
We keep playing lefties there so we are definitely searching.

Good game. He can be sent down so let him play in the AHL. No need to rush him.

Didn't get to watch past the 1st period, but from what I saw Moravcik may end up being 7th D. I also don't mind Lernout at that spot or Valiev for that matter.

It will be very interesting to see who gets next game if there are no cuts.

Michou says KotkaNiemi should stay in MTL. I’m sure his good friend Bergevin will agree.

He's comfortable out there playing with men. Something Suzuki needs to work on.

I don't think Kotka should stay, after the cross check he scored on one of the earlier goals he didn't look the same. Send him back

We don't need to keep a young player as a 7th defenceman, he needs to play big time minutes in Laval!

@Jee told me there were a couple negative posts in the GDT towards Armia, why's that?

I watched the game with the corner of my eye but from what I've seen it's been his best game, he was involved and created chances. I wouldn't put him on the top 2 lines but he wasn't bad.

Ouellet's grandmothers ashes would be better than Benn and Alzner combined. But yes Ouellet needs a shot in the lineup.

Out of the players still fighting for a spot I would keep Kotkaniemi,Chaput and Ward. DLR and Scherbak are not going anywhere. On defence Only Ouellet and Valiev deserve some more games.

It's funny but one guy I like this week in these games is Chaput. I never saw this guy coming.
